Self-confidence Workshop Ages 9-10

In this workshop we will be working on:

self love, introspection, inner trust, journaling, breath, body movement to encourage release of held emotions, confidence building, affirming our inner courage to trust ourselves, and our nervous systems. 

3 hour workshop at Centre For Creative Arts 11:30-2:30
